Flex & Protect Base Gel 8ml

1. Nail Preparation

• Gently push back the cuticles using a pusher. Also remove the invisible cuticle from the nail plate.

• Shape the nail and remove shine from the natural nail using a 180 grit file. (Do not thin the nail.)

• Thoroughly remove dust using a manicure brush.

2. Dehydration

• Use Ph Nail Prep to remove oils and moisture.

• In case of hyperhidrosis or very oily nail plates: first use Ph Nail Scrub, then Ph Nail Prep.

• Allow the product to air dry completely.

3. Base Gel

• Apply a small amount of Flex & Protect Base Gel.

• Scrub the gel into the natural nail.

• Avoid contact with cuticles and sidewalls.

• Cure according to lamp and curing times above.

4. Gel Polish / Structure

• For Gel Polish: remove the inhibition layer from both the free edge and nail surface with a dry sponge to ensure even color application.

• For Flex & Protect Gel: apply according to the desired technique and work in controlled layers.

Important Tip – Transition Phase When Switching Products

When switching from strongly etching or acidic products to another system, the natural nail may need some time to adjust.

Nails that have been treated with such products for a long time may react differently to a new product. This can temporarily affect wear results, even when the application is done correctly.

What helps during this phase?

A short transition phase:

• gives the nail plate time to adapt

• helps prevent service issues

• ensures a smoother switch to the new system

How to proceed

• For 2 to 3 treatments, use Maxi Prime after dehydration.

• Apply the product very sparingly, only near the cuticles and sidewalls.

• Always keep a distance of approx. 2 mm from the skin.

• Then apply a thin layer of Flex & Protect Base Gel and scrub it into the nail.

Afterwards

After this short period, you can continue working fully with Flex & Protect Base Gel, without additional products.

• Smooth and balance the nail surface.
• Create a soft, natural structure at the apex to support the natural nail.
• Cure. Cleanse and file if necessary. Finish with Top Gel.
