WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Always read the instructions for use carefully before using the device. Professional warranty period: 1 year from the invoice date.

To benefit from the warranty conditions, it is necessary to schedule maintenance of the device every 6 months from the date of purchase.

The proper functioning of a nail drill can only be guaranteed if the machine is used and maintained correctly.

We strive to provide a fast and affordable repair/maintenance service. Your cooperation is crucial in this regard. To determine whether repairs are covered by the warranty period, we ask you to include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Nail Drills

Depending on the intensity of use, a nail drill must be brought in for maintenance at least once every six months. Just as a car requires periodic maintenance after a certain number of kilometres, the same applies to nail drills. Use dust protection caps to maximise the lifespan of your handpiece.

Handpieces that are not serviced on time may accumulate dust in the bearings, which can cause them to seize up and overheat, resulting in permanent damage. It goes without saying that this is not covered by the warranty.

Please note that wear and tear of moving parts such as motors, ball bearings, etc., as well as rust formation caused by incorrect use, are generally excluded from the warranty.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

For maintenance or repair of a device, a flat fee of €60 excl. VAT is charged for manicure nail drills, or €100 excl. VAT for podospray devices or devices with built-in dust extraction. Replacement parts are not included in the flat fee.

For many of the devices in our range, we have our own repair service. If, depending on the device, the type of maintenance or repair cannot be carried out by our own service department, the device will need to be sent to the manufacturer. Please bear in mind that this may result in a longer waiting time for maintenance or repair. Whenever possible, and depending on availability, we will try to provide a loan device.

Loan Device

You will be notified by telephone and email when your device has been inspected/repaired and is ready for collection. Once notified, the repaired device must be collected within 7 working days. If a loan device was provided, it must be returned at the same time. In the event of late collection/return of the loan device, a rental fee of €50 excl. VAT per commenced week will be charged from the 8th working day following notification.

The deposit for a loan device is €60 excl. VAT (manicure nail drills) or €100 excl. VAT (podospray devices or devices with built-in dust extraction). This deposit will be deducted from the maintenance or repair costs.

Repairs

Always provide us with both the handpiece and the drive unit so that we can identify and resolve any hidden problems/damage. To make the Service Request procedure as straightforward as possible, we ask you to specify the problem using our SERVICE REQUEST form.

Always make sure that devices brought in or sent to us for maintenance are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For a nail drill with dust extraction, we ask you to replace the used filter bag. For a podospray device, we ask you to remove the podo liquid from the reservoir.

If devices arrive in an excessively contaminated condition and we have to clean them, we will be obliged to charge a flat fee of €30 excl. VAT.

Always package the device securely when sending it to us by courier.
